In order to help fight the Covid-19 pandemic, BRF has donated hospital products to the Health Services Foundation of Dourados (Fundação de Serviços de Saúde de Dourados / FUNSAUD), in the State of Mato Grosso do Sul. This institution has received personal protection equipment (PPEs), such as caps and gloves, and health items, such as probes, urine collectors, bandages, catheters, wound dressings, and electrodes.

This initiative has counted on the BRF Institute’s support, an association that strategically channels the Company’s social investments. During the coronavirus pandemic, IBRF has been managing donations in order to pursue the efforts to contain dissemination of the virus, contribute to providing care to the local population, and act to fight the effects of the pandemic in the communities where BRF operates.
